Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data collected through alldan.pl, particularly through B2B enquiry forms, is processed.

1. Data controller

2. Data, purposes and legal basis

We process your email address and information voluntarily included in the form to answer your enquiry, assess the project and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and, where relevant, the controller's legitimate interest in establishing or defending claims.

3. Recipients and form processing

Data may be entrusted to hosting, email and form-processing providers only to the extent necessary to provide those services. Forms are technically processed by Formspree. The provider states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses where transfers require such safeguards.

4. Retention

We retain data for the time needed to handle the enquiry and commercial discussions, and afterwards only as long as reasonably necessary to document correspondence or establish or defend claims.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing where provided by the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address and basic project information we cannot respond to the enquiry.

7. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses localStorage to remember language and banner settings. If analytics or marketing tools requiring consent are added later, this policy and the consent mechanism should be updated accordingly.
